Return & Exchange Policy
At Vicki Creates, I am committed to providing you with the best shipping experience for the various hand crafted items that I sell.
My custom made-to-order items are handmade with love and care, customised to your ideas. Due to this customisation process, please allow a crafting period of 3-6 weeks. Once your item is made, I will ship the item(s) to you as soon as possible.
My pre-made items are ready to ship straight away. These will be dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase.
Ive partnered with Evri to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders within the uk.
I will also use Royal Mail to ship internationally.
UK shipping - Domestic orders within the uk arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.
Returns on custom made items will not be accepted, If damaged during transit a replacement will be sent.
Payment for custom items will be required upfront unless discussed otherwise. All sales are final.
